Things to do with your best friend :)

Mmm..We all feel like inviting our best friend to our houses and do fun stuff, but sometimes we just don't really now what we can do together to make this hangout really fun and unforgettable.



Therefore continue reading and you not only will have an unforgettable day but a marvelous day ever! :)

So this is a list what you can do which I am sure it will help you figure out what to do :P.

1.  You can go shopping together at the mall and take some crazy photos too :P


2. You might also like to make a diary together which will be only for you the best friends and you can write on your crushes and on how you met on everything you like. You can also stick some photos they do not have to be yours only they can be of everything. :)


3. Watching a film together will be great! :) Choose a good film which you both like either romantic, adventurous, funny, teenagers films and any other films that you like. You can watch it online of course :) Some pop corn will do too :D


4. You can Paint nails together, try funny clothing and fashion show :P haha and any other crazy stuff.


5. You can also do volunteer work together it would be great, either at a dogs home, nursing home or anything will do.

6. Make sure that you will be fun and energetic so that you wont get lazy or else you both will be bored, believe me! :P

7. You might also play truth or dare haha :P If you'll be with your crush the better haha :P What if you will have a dare on your crush to hug him or something like that or a kiss or stuff :P.

8. You can go for a walk around your town together, you can also visit the beach or a park around your town :D.

~ Update about me

Hi Everyone :) Hope you are enjoying summer :D
I am so sorry guys for not writing for a long time.. :( I really am as right now I am having my ICT Exams The O-level Ecdl :P haha anyway now 3 exams out of 7 are ready. And Guess what tomorrow I have another exam. But on the bright side they'll soon be ready :D, I am soo excited for that!!!

How to Keep fit!!


1.Exercise-
 So first of all before you start a typical routine you must have a plan, therefore you can use a  calendar to add the exercise program when, where and at what time. Exercise is a really good step where to start losing weight. You may not start losing weight immediately but doing exercise will surely help and will be a great huge step. :) I nearly exercise 10-20 minutes a day, do not make exercise boring! :P therefore switch the radio on and let it go. :) You can also search videos of cardio and Zumba and then all you need to do just follow with them. Walking and jogging are also another type which does not require any equipment to do and is very effecting.

2. Follow a Healthy balanced diet-
By following a healthy does not mean that you eat only fruit and vegetables. But it means that you eat from each and different food groups. First of all we need to base our diet on eating carbohydrates like oat breakfast cereals, brown pasta, whole meal bread.... minerals,vitamins and proteins we can eat them from fruit and vegetables. We still need to eat some fat tough as it is a good source of energy, of course we do not have to take like double coated cake with fresh chocolate cream as that is really unhealthy but including like chocolate breakfast cereals once or twice in a week is not good. You can also include a small bar of chocolate once in a while as it is a good source of energy, But please do not be hard on yourself as we are still teenagers and we need to enjoy our life :). So cheer up and have fun planning your diet, after all it leads to happy and healthier lifestyle in the future!!! :)  Last but not least when going on a slimming diet does not mean that you starve to lose weight, but actually you need to eat small healthy portions of food nearly every 3 hours :).



3. Record your progress- 
You must weigh and write down your progress each time you lose weight, you can weigh once in a week at a certain time before you eat and after you go to the bathroom. If you are still growing and getting taller if you increase in your mass it does not mean that you got fat! it is just that you are growing up :) So therefore if you still feel not very comfortable with using a scale you can always use an inch tape instead, to measure round your waist. Do not get over obsessed with your weight tough as this surely won't help. Just try to love your body and be happy with who you are.

Why should we be happy to be single?

Well, I know that having a boyfriend is a really nice thing and good luck for those who have one :) but for those who are single like me :) you must  realize that being single is nice in a way too :)


~  More freedom and indipendence
~ No emotional rollercoster rides
~ More control over your time
~ You descover and become more aware who you really are
~ You can spy on other guys and have crushes :P



Hope that those who are single now be proud to be in a relathionship with freedom :)

Simple smoothie recipe :)

The weather is getting hotter and hotter.... How about a nice fresh, healthy strawberry smoothie!!! :) It would be great and of course it freshens us up. So If you would like to make it, It is very simple just follow the method below, and you will have the perfect freshening drink :).


Ingredients:-

1 table spoon honey
1 tea spoon vanilla extract
2 cups milk
6 fresh strawberries


Method:-

1. Wash all the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.
2. Then in a blender, combine milk, strawberries, honey and vanilla. Then keep blending until it smoothens up.
3. Then pour into glasses and serve it chilled.


~ There you go then you will have a perfect freshening drink, which is surely tasty and freshes you up in summer :).



My little tiny tip points on how to be more attractive and how others would like you :)

Hi guys! :)
How about today we discuss about how we can be atractive and how others would like us...

1. Well first of all be yourself, do not try to be someone you are not :) If somebody likes you he or she just likes you for who you are and you do not need to be a super model to have friends and be liked.

2. Secondly if someone likes you and you don't do not hurt him or her. That is crutial as we will hurt others feelings and that will surely make you a bad person. Well it happens to me too i just tell them that "I am not interested sorry" with a polite tone :).

3. Of course if you smile and talk to others you will surely be more friendly and attractive.

4. I am sure that If you take care of your self like wear nice clean clothes and be hygenic you would be prefered as a friend :).

Well I am not that friendly and I admit that, as I am really shy and somethimeas a bit loner too. But at least I am trying to improve myself and I am sure that if you want to be more friendly you can do it too! :D Just a bit of courage will do.
And also in my point of view i think that every single person that we meet in our life comes for a reson and from him/her we learn how we can arrange our life. Like if you have an enemy which you hate a lot you learn how to be strong and how to stand up for her/his insults.

List of what can you do in summer :D

What can we do this summer to make it more interesting and unforgettable? Lets see there are plenty of stuff that we can do like:-

1. Watch movies
2. Read plenty of awesome books, one of my favorites is the hunger games, but I am sure you will find other cool books too :).
3. Draw cool stuff you can also send them to my email I will be pleased to see :D
4. You can of course go walking, my top 1 walking place is the beach :P
5. You can make a list of goals that you want to enrich this summer like mine is this, - Do not bite m finger nails :P - Get abs - Read 25 books - Cook 5 recipes
6. You can of course go out with friends :)
7. If you have some cool beaches you can go to swim :) I am sure it will be fun, but be careful of the sun!! :P Use sunblock try not to get sunburnt cause I am sure it is not pleasant as you'll spend the 2 days after sleeping haha cause you'll get really tired 
8.You can of course write a blog ;) it is awesome :D
9. Listen to plenty of music :) I like pop as I find it relaxing my favorite bands are OneRepublic, Coldplay and Edsheeran. 
10. Last but not least HAVE FUN!!!! :D
